1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "six6s6", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the six6s6 platform at six6s6.org, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the six6s6 website at six6s6.org, including all gaming, betting, account management, and payment services accessible thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the six6s6 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means actual PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in their six6s6 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or matching funds awarded by six6s6 under a specific promotion and subject to the wagering conditions of that promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by six6s6 before processing withdrawals or as required by regulatory obligation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all six6s6 transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or six6s6's own operational policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the six6s6 Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Game Rules, and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and six6s6 governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process on six6s6, clicking "I agree" on any registration or terms acknowledgement prompt, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published update to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms in full.

six6s6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, six6s6 will notify registered Players via the contact email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any service on six6s6. By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. six6s6 enforces age verification through CNIC-based KYC documentation. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed without notice, and any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with the requirements of six6s6's licensing authority.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players accessing it from jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. six6s6 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions and reserves the right to close any account where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a current email address, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on six6s6 at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of this policy will be suspended pending investigation. Where multiple accounts are confirmed, six6s6 reserves the right to merge, close, or void all associated accounts and any Bonus Balances, and to withhold winnings pending the outcome of any investigation.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. six6s6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. You must notify six6s6 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

six6s6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Account. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, six6s6 may restrict the Account's ability to make withdrawals, place bets above certain limits, or access certain features of the Platform.

4.3 Account Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the six6s6 support team. Upon verification of the closure request, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no investigation is active in relation to the Account.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. six6s6 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification steps.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

six6s6 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit within the six6s6 cashier. Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment instruments will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within five (5) business minutes of approval for supported e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. six6s6 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

six6s6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in the Player's name, or accounts in jurisdictions not supported by six6s6's payment infrastructure. Withdrawals that are suspected to be connected to money laundering, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse may be withheld pending investigation and may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority without prior notice to the Player.

5.4 Fees

six6s6 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Pakistani payment methods. Players should note that their own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction fees independent of six6s6. Currency conversion fees may apply in circumstances where a transaction involves conversion to or from PKR; any such fees will be displayed to the Player prior to confirmation of the transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by six6s6 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable for sports bonuses) are specified in the promotion's own terms. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

six6s6 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets to reduce wagering risk, using prohibited betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus mechanics will be treated as material breaches of these Terms. In such cases, six6s6 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, suspend the Account, and withhold any deposits pending investigation.

6.4 Promotional Modifications

six6s6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it is necessary to do so due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or evidence of widespread abuse. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its cancellation will be notified of the outcome for any qualifying activity already completed.

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the six6s6 platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products, are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on six6s6 use independently certified random number generation systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual session. six6s6 shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from the normal statistical variance of certified RNG game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or game freeze — six6s6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. Where a malfunction results in a disputed outcome, the decision of six6s6's technical team, based on its server-side records, shall be final.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on six6s6, including cricket, PSL markets, and all other listed sporting events, is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed alongside each betting market.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to change during live events and bets are settled at the confirmed odds recorded by six6s6's systems at the point of acceptance.
• six6s6 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, event, or selection at its sole discretion, including for individual accounts where abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled prior to completion of the minimum play required for settlement, bets will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.
• six6s6 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, or bets accepted after the relevant event has already concluded.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within the timeframe specified by six6s6's trading team, ordinarily within thirty (30) minutes of official result confirmation.

9. Responsible Gaming

six6s6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm for all Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and can be accessed via Account Settings or by contacting the six6s6 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and six weeks during which no gaming or betting activity will be permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the six6s6 Platform, including but not limited to the six6s6 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces and graphics, promotional materials, and all text content, is the intellectual property of six6s6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of six6s6.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s6 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if six6s6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

six6s6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of the Real Money Balance standing in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

six6s6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability, and six6s6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

12. Termination & Suspension

six6s6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, withhold any balance, and void any pending bets or game rounds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The Account is being accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to six6s6;
• The Player is the subject of a self-exclusion request or has been identified as a vulnerable player requiring protection.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, six6s6 will notify the Player via their registered email address and will endeavour to complete the investigation within thirty (30) days. The Player's Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance) will be returned upon conclusion of an investigation that does not result in a finding of fraud or material breach, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under six6s6's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and six6s6 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the six6s6 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as specified by six6s6's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

six6s6 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus policy, or eligibility requirements — six6s6 will provide registered Players with at least seven (7) days' notice via email prior to the amendments taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation or to protect the security and integrity of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
